When will my package ship?
Your first order ships within 48 hours! Subsequent renewals and shipments then happen at the end of every month. If you order before the 5th of any given month, your subscription renews that same month and your second box ships the end of that same month. If you order after the 5th, your first box still ships within 48 hours but you won't receive your second box until the following month.
When will my subscription renew?
All subscription boxes renew on the 15th of the month. You will receive a renewal reminder email a few days prior where you can skip or cancel your subscription.
Example: You order your first flower box on the 25th of February. Your first box ships within 48 hours. You will then renew (be charged) on the 15th of March and your second box will ship at the end of March. This same process (renewal on the 15th, shipment at the end of the month) will happen for every month thereafter. If you order on February 4th, however, your first box will ship within 48 hours, then you'll renew on the 15th of February with your second box shipping at the end of that month.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free, via priority mail, for all subscriptions!
Can I skip a month if I need a break?
You bet! You can cancel directly from your account at hempcrateflower.co or email us (email@example.com) and we can do it for you and push out your renewal date to a date of your choosing.
How do you ship my package?
All orders will ship in discreet packaging accompanied by a certificate of legality and should arrive within 2-4 business days after the day your package ships.
We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
Will this product show up on a drug test?
While our products are low in Delta 9 THC, they are not THC free. Studies have shown that consuming hemp with low THC can cause one to fail a drug test if enough is consumed. Since there are many variables such as how much one consumed, the number of fluids consumed, the amount of time from the last use to the test, the levels of THC in the product, and the metabolism of the consumer, we cannot answer this question for each person as there are too many variables.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns if all product is in original packaging and has been unopened. If this condition is met you can return your product within 30 days of receipt.

Are your products legal?
Yes, due to the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, Section 297A. The 2018 Farm Bill amends the CSA’s definition of marijuana to exclude hemp.Id. at Section 12619. The 2018 Farm Bill also prohibits states or Indian tribes from prohibiting the interstate transport or delivery of hemp. Id. Section 10114.
Are your products organic?
While the flowers that we sell are not certified organic, we can assure you that we, nor any farms we buy from, never use any kind of pesticides, sprays, or synthetic fertilizers.
What is the FDA's stance on the products?
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All products contain less than 0.3% Δ9THC
